The host hotel for the Hudson Family reunion will be the Westgate Resort and Hotel. We have secured 10 rooms
at a price of $214.00 per night total. Let me explain why this is a great price:

Resort Fee & Inclusions
The Resort Fee is $39.99 per room, per night includes the following (Resort Fee does not include taxes of 13.38% and is not included in rates above)
Wireless Internet access for three devices (excluding the convention area)
Fitness Center access for up to two adults
Use of in-room safe
Local and toll-free domestic (800) calls
Hotel shuttle to Las Vegas Strip and Downtown LV area
Terms & Conditions
(1) One night room and tax deposit is collected at time of booking to guarantee individual reservations
(2) Two-night minimum length of stay per room
(3) Three-day cancellation policy (cancel 3 days prior to arrival for deposit refund)
30-day cut-off (last day to book rooms at group rate)
Above hotel rates and resort fee are subject to local occupancy tax, currently at 13.38%
Hotel Policies
An incidental deposit is authorized at check-in for $50 per day (maximum $200)
All unused amounts of incidental deposit will be refunded upon departure
Additional Guest Fees: $35 per person per night for 3rd and 4th Adult guests only
Children (0-17yrs) are free
Maximum occupancy per room is 4 guests regardless of age
Check-in is at 3PM

Here in Las Vegas all hotels charge a resort fee and high taxes because we do not have state income tax. The
large majority of hotels here in Vegas also charge $20 - $30 parking fee regardless if your a guest or not,
especially on the strip. The base price of $149 is a great price especially since June is a high event month and
they have free parking. The Westgate is a couple of blocks off the strip and provides a convenient Monorail stop
which takes you to the strip.
Obviously everyone is welcome to make their own accomodations. For those of you asking about VBRO or
AirBNB, our suggestion would be search locations in Enterprise, Paradise and Summerlin. The areas in North Las
Vegas you may want to avoid. To anticipate distance to our events, here are the three addresses to our venues:
Meet & Greet (129 E. Fremont St, Las Vegas, NV 89101), Dinner & Dance (8175 Arville St. Las Vegas,
Nevada 89139).
